Adoption Deed

ADOPTION DEED THIS DEED OF ADOPTION is made on this [date] at [place] between: 1. [adoptiveFather], resident of [adoptiveFatherAddress], hereinafter called the Adoptive Father. 2. [adoptiveMother], resident of [adoptiveMotherAddress], hereinafter called the Adoptive Mother. AND 1. [naturalFather], resident of [naturalFatherAddress], hereinafter called the Natural Father. 2. [naturalMother], resident of [naturalMotherAddress], hereinafter called the Natural Mother. WHEREAS the Adoptive Parents have no child and the Natural Parents have agreed to give their child, [childName], in adoption to the Adoptive Parents. NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER: 1. That the Natural Parents have already given the child, [childName], in adoption to the Adoptive Parents on [date]. 2. That the Adoptive Parents have accepted the child in adoption and are now the legal parents of the child. 3. That the child shall have all the rights of a natural child of the Adoptive Parents. 4. That the child shall be known as [childName] and shall be the legal heir of the Adoptive Parents. 5. That the adoption is made out of natural love and affection. 6.
