MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the Accused is facing trial in the present case for offences under Section [sections].

3. That the allegations in the FIR and statements of witnesses are contradictory and unreliable.
4. That there is no sufficient ground for proceeding against the Accused.
5. That the continuation of the trial would be an exercise in futility.
