THIS GIFT DEED is made on this [date] at [place] between:

WHEREAS the Donor is the owner of the property situated at [propertyAddress] and the Donor has agreed to gift the same to the Donee out of natural love and affection.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

2. That the property is valued at Rs. [propertyValue] for the purpose of stamp duty.
3. That the Donor has already handed over the possession of the property to the Donee.
4. That the Donee has accepted the gift and is now the owner of the property.
5. That the Donor shall not have any right or claim over the property in future.
6. That the gift shall be governed by the Transfer of Property Act, 1882.
