Promissory Note

PROMISSORY NOTE [PLACE], [DATE] FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I, [MAKER_NAME] of [MAKER_ADDRESS] (the "Maker"), promise to pay to the order of [PAYEE_NAME] of [PAYEE_ADDRESS] (the "Payee"), the principal sum of [PRINCIPAL_SUM], together with interest thereon at the rate of [INTEREST_RATE] per annum. The principal sum and accrued interest shall be due and payable in full on [DUE_DATE]. All payments under this Note shall be made in lawful money of Nigeria. If default is made in the payment of any sum due under this Note, the entire principal sum and accrued interest shall at once become due and payable at the option of the Payee.
