Relinquishment Deed

RELINQUISHMENT DEED THIS RELINQUISHMENT DEED is made on this [date] at [place] between: 1. [releasorName], resident of [releasorAddress], hereinafter called the Releasor. 2. [releaseeName], resident of [releaseeAddress], hereinafter called the Releasee. WHEREAS the Releasor and Releasee are the legal heirs of the deceased, [deceasedName], and are the owners of the property situated at [propertyAddress]. NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER: 1. That the Releasor hereby relinquishes his/her share in the property situated at [propertyAddress] in favour of the Releasee. 2. That the Releasor has already handed over the possession of his/her share to the Releasee. 3. That the Releasee is now the owner of the property and has all the rights over it. 4. That the Releasor shall not have any right or claim over the property in future. 5. That the relinquishment is made out of natural love and affection. 6.
