Rent Agreement

RENT AGREEMENT THIS RENT AGREEMENT is made on this [date] at [place] between: 1. [landlordName], resident of [landlordAddress], hereinafter called the Landlord. 2. [tenantName], resident of [tenantAddress], hereinafter called the Tenant. WHEREAS the Landlord is the owner of the property situated at [propertyAddress] and the Tenant has agreed to take the same on rent. NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER: 1. That the monthly rent of the property shall be Rs. [rentAmount] payable by the 5th of every month. 2. That the Tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs. [securityDeposit] to the Landlord. 3.
