Important Disclaimer
ClauseFlow provides an AI-augmented legal drafting and research workspace. We are not a law firm. The service does not provide legal advice, nor does its use establish an attorney-client relationship. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and certifying the accuracy of all generated drafts or legal citations before any professional or court filing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClauseFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Use License and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ClauseFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform for your professional legal practice.
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service or any related AI models.
- Automate queries or scrape data from the service without explicit written permission.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals outside your registered organizational tier.
3. User Responsibilities and Accuracy
AI-generated content can contain errors, misinterpretations, or "hallucinations" (fictitious legal citations). You explicitly agree that:
- You will independently verify all legal citations, quotes, propositions, and case law references provided by the service against primary authoritative sources (e.g., official court reporters, Indian Kanoon, SCC Online).
- You will not file, serve, or publish any document generated by ClauseFlow without independent professional review by a qualified legal practitioner.
- ClauseFlow is not liable for court rejections, adverse judgments, or professional disciplinary actions arising from unverified AI output.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClauseFlow and its licensors. The legal frameworks and templates inherently provided are proprietary formats. However, you retain full ownership of the final specific output documents you generate and edit using your own facts and context.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the service may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. ClauseFlow reserves the right to modify subscription fees upon reasonable prior notice. No refunds are provided for partial months of service upon cancellation, unless mandated by local law.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ClauseFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes before they become effective. You will be prompted to explicitly consent to material changes upon logging into the platform.
